Vikram Talwar
Executive Chairman
Prior
to joining EXL, Vikram spent 26 years
in Bank of America where he held several
senior management positions. He was
the Senior Vice President and Country
Manager from 1989 to 1993, for the
bank's operations in India. He was
at the helm of a 700 strong wholesale
and retail operations team that was
amongst the most profitable of the
bank's international operations. Vikram
has also worked in the capacity of
CEO and Managing Director at Ernst
& Young Consulting, India and
as their Asia Director for the firm's
Global Operate Business (Outsourcing).
Vikram has had extensive international
exposure in the course of his assignments,
in countries such as Singapore, Indonesia,
Japan and the US. Vikram holds an
MBA from Indian Institute of Management,
Ahmedabad, India. |

Rohit Kapoor
President & Chief Executive
Officer
As
a former business head at Deutsche Bank,
Rohit Kapoor led a marketing team that serviced
clients in Europe, the Middle East and the
Indian Sub-continent. He also managed the
venture capital and private equity investments
of several Ultra High Net Worth clients
in start-up companies both in the U.S. and
Indian TMT sectors. Having successfully
raised several rounds of venture capital
funding for various companies, Rohit has
also been involved in the structuring of
their investments. Prior to Deutsche Bank,
he worked for eight years with Bank of America,
five of which were in Private Banking in
New York and three in Corporate Banking
in India. Rohit holds a B.Tech from IIT
Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of
Management, Ahmedabad, India. |

Pavan Bagai
Chief Operating Officer
As
Chief Operating Officer, Pavan is responsible
for offshore delivery across all the business
lines and geographies and will continue
to spearhead Outsourcing operations. He
will also be responsible for administratively
managing the Transformation services in
India and strategic client relationships.
Previously, he has also played a key role
in identification and execution of initiatives
for inorganic growth. Pavan joined EXL after
a 17-year career at Bank of America where
he had senior management roles in corporate
banking, finance, capital markets and trading
in various markets across Asia and Europe.
He spearheaded the restructuring of the
bank's securities activities in India and
built and led capital markets businesses
in Thailand, Russia, Korea and Poland. Pavan
is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College,
Delhi and holds an MBA from Indian Institute
of Management, Ahmedabad. |

Matt
Appel
Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer
Matt
has over 30 years of professional experience
in finance and BPO and was most recently with
Electronic Data Systems as Vice President,
BPO Product Management where he was responsible
for strategy and business plan development
and investment prioritization for EDS’
BPO product portfolio. Prior to this, Matt
was Vice President, Finance & Administration
BPO at EDS. He was Senior Vice President of
Finance & Accounting BPO at Affiliated
Computer Services, Inc from 2001 to 2003.
Earlier, Matt worked for Tenneco Inc., serving
as their Vice President of Financial Analysis
and Planning as well as President of Tenneco
Business Services, their shared services captive.
He also served as Controller, Treasurer and
Director of Internal Audit for Tenneco’s
wholly owned subsidiary Newport News Shipbuilding.
Matt started his career at Arthur Andersen
where he worked in the firm’s audit
practice. Matt is a certified Public and Management
Accountant and holds an MBA in Accounting
and a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers
University.

Rembert de Villa
Head of Transformation
As
Head of Transformation, Rembert de Villa
will be responsible for closely integrating
EXL's Research & Analytics, Risk Advisory,
and Process Advisory services with EXL's
Outsourcing services. He joins EXL with
over 23 years of global consulting experience
and leadership, primarily in the financial
services industry. Rembert was most recently
with MasterCard Advisors as Global Practice
Leader for Strategic Services. Prior to
that, he led Capgemini Ernst & Young's
Financial Services Practice for North America.
He was also a Vice-President at A.T. Kearney's
financial institutions practice and spent
his earlier consulting career with Andersen
Consulting (now Accenture) in Europe and
North America, also focusing in the financial
services vertical. Rembert holds an MBA
from the Asian Institute of Management and
attended the postgraduate program in Business
Economics at the University of Bonn. |

Amitabh Hajela
Vice President and Global Head of
Human Resources
Amitabh
Hajela is Vice President and Global Head of
Human Resources at EXL. He is leading the
HR function at the global level and his responsibilities
include HR policies, recruitment, training
and development, talent management, and employee
engagement at the global level. Prior to joining
EXL, Amitabh was with Celanese Corp as the
Director for Global Talent Acquisition and
Leadership Development. He has also served
at American Express (FCE), New Delhi as the
Vice President and Business Leader and in
several significant capacities with General
Electric (GE) both in the US and India. Amitabh
is an alumnus of XLRI with specialization
in Personnel Management and Industrial relations.

Nacha
Vice President and Chief Sales &
Marketing Officer
As
Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing
Officer, Krishna Nacha is responsible for
sales and marketing efforts worldwide across
the outsourcing and transformation business
lines. Prior to joining EXL, Krishna was working
with iGate Global Solutions since 2004 and
was a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Before iGate, Krishna worked with Infosys
for 4 plus years in roles including Group
Sales Manager - Insurance and Healthcare and
Head of Sales for Canada. Krishna has a Masters
in Business Administration from XLRI, India
and an Engineering Degree in Electronics and
Communication from National Institute of Technology,
Karnataka.

Amit Shashank
General Counsel
Amit
Shashank is the General Counsel of EXL.
Prior to joining EXL in June 2004, Amit
was an associate at the law firm of Shearman
& Sterling since January 1997 and worked
on a number of international corporate transactions
including debt and equity securities offerings
and project financings. Amit is a member
of the New York Bar and the New York State
Bar Association. After graduating from Delhi
University (Shri Ram College of Commerce)
with a B.A. (Hons) Economics degree, Amit
attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar
and graduated with an M.A. degree in Philosophy,
Politics and Economics and subsequently
attended The University of Michigan Law
School, where he was the Editor-in-Chief
of the Michigan Journal of International
Law, and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree.

Narasimha
Kini
Vice President and Business Leader
– Risk Advisory
Kini
leads the risk advisory services of EXL
and has the overall responsibility for client
acquisition, relationship management and
service delivery for clients across the
globe. He joined EXL in 2001 and has held
responsibilities for internal audit, risk
management, legal & regulatory compliance
and information security. Kini has led risk
advisory services since its inception and
has managed several large projects on business
process and technology risk advisory services.
Kini is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified
Public Accountant licensee candidate. His
other credentials include CISA, CIA, CFM
and CMA. He has successfully completed qualifying
examinations and is a licensee candidate
for CISM and CISSP credentials. He has over
15 years experience in public accounting,
consulting, financial management and risk
advisory services. Prior to EXL, he worked
with two of the Big Four accounting firms
in their business assurance and consulting
divisions, where he has extensively served
varied clients in the financial services,
manufacturing, retail, and energy sectors.

Vikas Bhalla
Vice President and Business Leader
Vikas
Bhalla heads multiple client relationships
and operations spanning Utilities, Telecom
& Insurance verticals. In his previous
assignment at EXL, he was responsible for
setting up and heading Migrations, Process
Consulting, Six Sigma, Quality Compliance,
Certifications, Information Security and
BCP. In his seven years stint with EXL,
Vikas has also led operations for a large
computer manufacturer; and development &
implementation of various platforms for
HR and Finance, ProMPT (process management
system), WFM, etc. Before joining EXL, Vikas
has worked with GE and Shri Ram Fibres for
over eight years in various functions such
as Sales, Marketing, Operations and Supply
Chain Management. He has also held leadership
positions in the field of Innovation including
TQM, BPR and Six Sigma and has led the implementation
of ERP in two different organizations. He
is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. |

Madhavi Dahanukar
Vice President and Business Leader
Madhavi
Dahanukar heads operations for one of EXL's
largest clients. Madhavi is based in Pune
and also acts as the Center Head for Pune.
She has 14 years of consulting, banking,
financial services and BPO industry experience
with institutions such as Ernst &Young,
GE Capital, IDBI bank and Mphasis BPO. In
her previous assignment at Mphasis BPO,
Madhavi was responsible for Client Operations
and had additional responsibility as location
head for their Pune center. As a corporate
resource, she was the Head of Service Quality
for IDBI Bank and has held various senior
positions throughout her stint at GE Capital
in India. She has varied experience and
demonstrated skills in the areas of Project
Management, Risk Management, Operations,
Sales and Marketing and Six Sigma quality.
Madhavi is a qualified lawyer and also a
certified Six Sigma green belt. |

Bruce Polsky
Vice President and Head of Strategic
Account Management, North America
As
Vice President and Head of Strategic Account
Management, Bruce Polsky's responsibilities
include the development and implementation
of robust account management processes focused
on helping EXL align its strategic priorities
with client objectives. By bringing together
EXL’s outsourcing and domain specific
transformation advisory services, Bruce
is responsible for creating deeper business
relationships and maximize value for our
clients. He joins EXL with over 26 years
of consulting, executive relationship management
and account management experience and leadership.
Recently he was with Cognizant Technology
Solutions as Managing Client Partner for
the past three years where he made significant
contributions to revenue growth, new services
and client satisfaction targets. Prior to
this experience, Bruce has worked across
the finance and insurance industries including
eight years with AMS (now CGI) in various
account management and business development
positions. Bruce earned his Bachelors’
of Commerce from Queens University at Kingston
and his MBA from the University of Ottawa. |

Lalit Wangikar

Services
As
Vice President and Head of Analytics Services
at EXL, Lalit is responsible for advising
large financial services, media, technology,
and other sector clients on various management
issues. His primary areas of expertise are
analytics for business decisions, consumer
risk management and offshore delivery of
high value added services. Previously, he
has been a consultant with Mitchell Madison
Group and Deloitte Consulting. Lalit holds
a BTech in Civil Engineering from the Indian
Institute of Technology, Bombay and an MBA
from the Indian Institute of Management,

Sanjay Gupta
Vice President and Head of BPO HR
Having
spent around 19 years in operations management,
finance and accounting and reporting functions,
Sanjay Gupta currently heads the core HR,
recruitment and training functions in BPO.
With 10 years experience in the outsourcing
industry, Sanjay leads the discussions on
EXL's people management plans and programs.
In his previous role, he was heading the
operations for one of EXL's largest clients
and his main area of focus was building
organization capabilities in operations
delivery. A qualified chartered accountant,
Sanjay has spent over 8 years in accounting
and corporate finance functions in various
large undertakings. Prior to joining EXL,
Sanjay was with American Express Financial
Center for five years where he carried out
operations delivery functions of key financial
services in card accounting as well as migration
functions such as opportunity and solution
identification, process mapping and solution
implementation to client offices across
the globe. |

Suneal Singhal
Vice President and Business Leader
Suneal
joined EXL in October 2001, and has been
responsible for successful migration and
management of several insurance and accounting
processes. His current portfolio includes
four large relationships from the US financial
services market. Suneal has over 20 years
of general insurance experience at various
levels. He worked in East Africa for 6 years
as Deputy General Manager and then as General
Manager (CEO) for a composite insurance
company, which had a group standing of over
60 years. Prior to that, Suneal worked with
a large General Insurance Company in India
for 15 years handling several responsibilities
at the operations and client management
level. He has participated in various training
programs in Insurance and Management discipline
during these years including Advanced Engineering
Insurance training at Munich Re, Munich,
Germany. Suneal holds the professional designation
of Fellow of the Insurance Institute of
India, an equivalent of Certified Property
Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). He was also
awarded honorary Fellowship of Insurance
Institute of Uganda. |

Baljinder Singh
Vice President and Head of Global
Technology
Baljinder
joined EXL in 1999 and currently heads the
technology function. As electronics engineer
and a trained business leader, he brings
in a rare combination of technology acumen
and business insight. Baljinder spearheads
technology architecture, client engagement
from a technology perspective, customized
solutioning, project management, disaster
recovery and information security at EXL.
His other responsibilities include managing
enterprise technology operations of service
delivery centers in India and technology
hubs in UK and US. He has led technology
initiatives of the company in strategic
outsourcing, business development, relationship
management, execution of projects, establishment
of state-of-the-art service delivery centers
in India and technology hubs in UK and US.
Baljinder's previous assignment was at Essar
Swiss Telecom, now a Hutchison Telecom group
company. He was responsible for setting
up the countrywide and international telecom
& IT infrastructure for the company
and establishing their technology service
delivery. |

Kulpreet Singh
General Manager - UK and Europe
Kulpreet
is General Manager - UK and Europe and overseas
key client relationships in these critical
markets. He is also responsible for driving
EXL's business development initiatives across
UK and Europe. Kulpreet brings with him
over 15 years of international experience
in Sales, Marketing, Business Transformation
and Offshore BPO initiatives. He has worked
in over 20 countries in Europe, North Africa,
Middle East and South East Asia, and possesses
deep knowledge of diverse business environments.
Kulpreet has been involved with multiple
business functions including Sales, Marketing,
Business Transformation and Offshore BPO
initiatives. Prior to joining EXL, Kulpreet
was working with Centrica/British Gas. Kulpreet
is an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland
and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of
Management, Ahmedabad.

Dhiraj Sarin

Dhiraj
is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is
responsible for Quality Compliance, Process

EXL. He has over 15 years of work experience
with over 7 years in the business process
outsourcing industry. He has spent 6 years
with GE Capital International Services,
BPO subsidiary of GE. During his stint,
he has worked on assignments in transitions,
six sigma quality and operations, handling
complex back office transaction processes
for GE Insurance, USA. His other assignments
have been in the financial services industry
with ITC and Essar, two large business houses
of India. Dhiraj is an economics graduate
from Delhi University and a postgraduate
in Business Management from Institute of
Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India. |

to EXL, Jarrod worked in technology investment
banking at Citigroup in New York where he
focused on financing and merger and acquisition
transactions within the IT and BPO services
sectors. Jarrod has also worked with Ernst
& Young LLP where he worked in the New
York and Paris offices in the financial
services consulting and risk management
advisory practices. Jarrod holds an MBA
from the University of California at Berkeley's
Haas School of Business and has a Bachelor
of Science degree in Applied Economics from

Raju Taneja
Vice President - Information Security
and Business Continuity Management
Raju
is responsible for Information Security,
Business Continuity Management and third
party certifications at EXL. With a deep
focus on managing company wide processes,
Raju has been instrumental in institutionalizing
processes and practices in all areas of
compliance at EXL. He comes to EXL with
over 25 years of work experience in IT Services,
with companies such as Escorts and NIIT
amongst others. In his previous assignment
at NIIT Ltd., Raju was responsible for Process
Improvements, IT consulting, training, process
consulting and IT education. He possesses
varied experience and has demonstrated skills
in areas of documentation and deployment
of policies, processes for building long-term
corporate capabilities. Raju is a graduate
from Delhi University. |
